Brands We Represent
Fermin is a family-run business in Salamanca, Spain that specializes in traditional Spanish charcuterie including Iberico pork and ham. Iberico pork from Spain has a unique taste that cannot be copied because Iberian pigs live outdoors, eating nuts and fruit. The Spanish Iberico pork products include fresh pork, air-dried Prosciutto, dry cured ham, salamis, spicy chorizo sausage and Jamon Serrano ham (sliced and on the bone).
In Italy, one name is famous for authentic Italian salami, prosciutto, air-cured pork and beef, bacon, mortadella and sausages – Fratelli Beretta from Milan. Thanks to decades of experience and a dedication to great local ingredients, Fratelli Beretta exports Italian traditional dried meats to over 40 countries.
